Call data processed on behalf of our clients
Perceptionist answers phone calls on behalf of the businesses that hire us. When you call one of our clients and a Perceptionist receptionist answers, we collect the information needed to handle that call, such as your name, phone number, the reason for your call, and appointment or service details. We process this information on behalf of and at the direction of our client, the business you were calling. That business's own privacy practices govern how your information is ultimately used. If you have questions about a call handled for one of our clients, please contact that business directly.
We use the information we collect to:

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the consent manager on our Site or on that page, and you can opt out of Google's personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.
We do not sell your personal information.
