We call our Virtual Receptionists / Appointment Schedulers Perceptionists and their job is one of the most important parts of our business. A Perceptionist acts as an extension of our customers company to help them answer the phone and grow their business. Our team works in a fast-paced technology rich environment and becomes an expert in multiple industries.

We’re looking for people who can work from home and who have a passion for delivering excellence on every call, who want to help others by providing thorough resolution to customers, and who enjoy making caller experiences a top priority.

Candidates should be adaptable and have a commitment to sales & customer service excellence. Must demonstrate high work standards, the ability to learn technical and professional knowledge, and collaborate in a team environment. Must be resilient and maintain a high level of energy to maximize performance.

What’s A Perceptionist?

  • Perceptionists are the front-line team for our customers and help their callers have a great experience by providing industry knowledge and closing the deal

  • Provide exceptional inbound and outbound sales and customer service support over phone

  • Leverage your selling skills to convert our customers callers into customers

You would be a great fit if you have:

  • Excellent relationship building skills

  • Exceptional written, and verbal communication skills

  • Success as a proactive problem-solver in sales and customer service and proven record in meeting goals
